Writer's Block

I am sure you have heard about what it means to have writer's block. I feel like most of the time I have it, even if I know where my story is going. I know what scenes need to take place. I know the characters; who they are and what they are trying to say to the audience. Somewhere in the beginning as I sit down to actually put words on paper, I seem to not have ink in my pen or my pencil is broken. No. No. They are fine, especially if I am typing on a computer and do not need either of these writing tools.
No. The issue is that my brain won't allow my hands to scribble, pen, or type the words into existence. At least not in the way I want to present them to the world. After the minutes tick by with the blank page staring back at me, I finally give up and go about my day. Leaving my book empty and my heart still full of things it needs to let go.
